It was a great pleasure to meet staff from one of the UKâs leading jewellery magazines, Retail Jeweller, here at Assay Office Birmingham. They first visited the Hallmarking floor, where members of staff explained the assaying (testing) and hallmarking processes. Ruth and Emily certainly saw and learnt alot during their time here and we hope to see them again on one of our training courses in the new year.

Almost 2 months have passed since we last informed you about how the construction of the new Assay Office Birmingham building was progressing.
