UK HALLMARKING FIGURES FOR MAY 2015

Assay Office Birmingham has compiled the latest UK Hallmarking figures for the month of May 2015. Another good month for hallmarking numbers with the total number of articles hallmarked across all four UK Assay Offices in the month of May up 3.1%, an increase of 23,195 articles on the same period in 2014. 9ct gold articles hallmarked fared well again, up 3.7%, whilst gold articles hallmarked overall were up 1.6%.
