The Birmingham Post visited Assay Office Birmingham today to interview and photograph incoming Chief Executive & Assay Master, Stella Layton.  The sun was shining in the City this afternoon and there was almost a Spring like feel in the air.  As the organisation itself embarks on a new era so the weather seemed to be doing the same.....
