Assay Office Birmingham welcomed staff members from CASHBROKERS who attended a Buying and Selling Diamonds one-day training course, specifically devised, written and presented by Assay Office Birmingham trainer Marie Chalmers. Delegates learnt about diamonds as well as their imitations, and then undertook a practical session looking at colour and clarity grading as well as talking about treatments, certificates and much more. As a bespoke course for Cash Brokers, it also provided an opportunity to discuss issues and share knowledge with other franchisees.
