The new tourism attraction, business expansion and educational development will be situated adjacent to Carsington Reservoir and form the expansion plans for the family business. As well as the relocation of the current Head Office, the site will include improved and enlarged specially designed metal and stone workshops with additional aspects including retail spaces, flexible exhibition spaces, a tea room and an auditorium for educational purposes.
C. W. Sellors founder and director, Chris Sellers, commented: âOur intention is to enhance visitors experience in Derbyshire and offer something truly unique. The plans are the result of years of preparation in building the business and working to educate consumers about British Manufacture and the importance of it.â
The plans will be launched nationally to the international jewellery industry next week at IJL London and the planning process is expected to take three months to complete.
The Birmingham Assay Office wishes C.W. Sellors every success with their new venture.
