To make it even easier for customers to submit items for testing in 2013, The Laboratory have developed new test application forms which can be filled out on your computer. Simply type in and tick the relevant boxes and then print off and submit the completed form with your item. NICKEL, LEAD & CADMIUM FORM Click on the image below and fill in the Nickel, Lead & Cadmium if you require any of the following tests: Nickel, Lead or Cadmium testing, quick and full tests available. (Make sure to pick the relevant standard which is applicable to the market place the item is to be entered in to) CHEMICAL TESTING FORM Click on the image below and fill in the Chemical Testing form if you require any of the following tests: Colourfastness, Formaldehyde, Azo Dye, Phthalates, PCP, Dimethyl Fumarate, PH, Fibre Composition, Leather Verification, Chromium VI or Organotins Testing. PRODUCT SAFETY TESTING Click on the image below and fill in the Product Safety form if you require any of the following tests: EN71, ROHS, Tarnish resistance, sulphurous agent, packaging, humidity, synthetic sweat/perspiration, UV light, porisity, pull test, sulphide tarnishing, salt water corrosion, stone adhesion, impact drop, heat test, gold colour measurement, colour grading of white gold alloys, plating thickness, plating wear, hardness testing. MELT & ASSAY SUBMISSION FORM Click on the image below and fill in melt & assay submission form if you require your scrap melted down or your item assayed to see its content.
