Michelle has worked in The Laboratory for 21 years as a Technician and more recently as the Melt & Assay Co-ordinator responsible for overseeing the movement of scrap gold submitted for melt and assaying. Michelle’s new role will see her taking responsibility for organising and managing the day to day workflow through The Laboratory ensuring that the highest level of service is provided to customers of this growing division.  Michelle said “I am really looking forward to this new challenge and to contributing to the future growth and success of The Laboratory”. Kirsty Wilson, an Administration Assistant within The Laboratory for the last 6 years, has taken on Michelle’s previous role as Melt and Assay Co-ordinator in addition to providing support to the Lab’s administration team. There are also more new faces in the Laboratory.
