The interactive retail training programme is designed to provide an informative, compelling and comprehensive training session for use in store at the convenience of the retail store staff. The programme covers everything from why a customer would require a jewellery valuation and how this specialist service can generate increased turnover for the store, through to how to submit items for valuation.
