AnchorCert, The UKâs Premier Gemmological Laboratory and SafeGuard the UKâs largest independent jewellery valuation service â both based in Birmingham and part of The Birmingham Assay Office, will be exhibiting at the Jewellery Show London at Somerset House from 12-13 June.
On show will be a specially commissioned fine silver bowl which has been designed and made by renowned Silversmith Andrew Macgowan and which will shortly be presented personally to Her Majesty The Queen to commemorate her Diamond Jubilee. The bowl contains 1Kg of fine silver, and has a satin finish, bright edge and Centre. It has been struck with the unique and historic Queens Diamond Jubilee commemorative hallmark.
AnchorCert and SafeGuard will also be displaying the work of Birmingham based international jewellery designer Fei Liu whose stunning creations can be found at any red carpet event throughout the world. Also on display will be beautiful diamond rings from Sharman D. Neil, based in Northern Ireland. Both companies regularly use the AnchorCert Gemmological Laboratory reports or the SafeGuard independent valuation service to provide added value and total reassurance to their own customers.
The Chief Executive and Assay Master of The Birmingham Assay Office will also be participating in a Jewellery Show London presentation giving an analysis of the impact of high precious metal prices on the UK Jewellery market, as well as taking part in a discussion panel at the show which will examine metal prices and how to diversify products.
