She is looked up to by her colleagues for her calm attitude and excellent work ethic. In the 3rd year of her degree, Mayara completed a business improvement project. This project looked at improving the efficiency of our in-house AnchorCert Protect method and has led to an improvement in accuracy of the method whilst reducing the processing time and costs. She has also participated in a gold allergy project, the outcomes of this project were presented at the 15th Congress of the European Society of Contact Dermatitis.
It's a fantastic achievement to be selected among the most talented and ambitious young professionals within the jewellery industry and on Wednesday 22nd March, they attended a networking breakfast with the 30 finalists.
