The Understanding Product Safety Course covers compliance requirement for costume jewellery, fine jewellery, fashion accessories, leathers and textiles. It considers substances including nickel, lead, cadmium, azo dyes, phthalates, formaldehyde and many other restricted substances. This one day course offers a comprehensive overview and is targeted at technologists, buyers and quality managers. It includes a significant amount of information as well as the opportunity to see some of the tests being performed. Every delegate will gain knowledge and a valuable insight into the testing methods and legal requirements regardless of their current level of experience. This course is delivered by industry experts and chemists from the UKAS accredited AnchorCert Analytical laboratory (part of The Assay Office Birmingham) who will be on hand to share their invaluable experience and answer any queries.
