A great weekend of fun and entertainment was enjoyed by all who attended the first Jewellery Quarter Festival which was organised by JQBID.

The festival celebrated the opening of the newest social hub in the quarter, Golden Square on Warstone Lane, which featured bars, a DJ set and a light show.

A variety of events and workshops took place from a tea party and face painting to circus displays, a puppet show and even a free Helter Skelter!

Birmingham Jazz were also in attendance at the weekend, bringing with them a variety of local and nationally renowned Jazz musicians to play in several venues across the Quarter.
It was a pleasure to see so many different people taking part in the whole festival, well done to everyone who got involved!
