Meet the manufacturers and grow your design potential

Interiors & Lifestyle Futures at Birmingham City University is organising a free event for West Midlands companies on the morning of 30th April 2015.

‘Make it in the West Midlands’ will provide an opportunity for local design people to research methods of manufacture and use of materials as well as exploring the design possibilities of the processes available to them.

Exhibitors include 17 local manufacturers and service providers. To name but a few: lasers cutters to digital printing and plastic moulding to electroforming.

‘Make it in the West Midlands’ will include two speakers: Patricia van den Akker Director, The Design Trust and Sheridan Chaffey, Director, New Channel Developments Ltd. They will be sharing insights into various aspects of winning clients and boosting sales.

The event will run from 8.30am to 2.00pm at the Birmingham City University’s city centre Parkside Building on Thursday 30 April 2015.
