EXPERT ANALYSIS ACROSS A RANGE OF SECTORS

Members of The Company of Master Jewellers (CMJ) were recently at Assay Office Birmingham to have a tour of the building and  listen to a presentation from Chief Executive and Assay Master Stella Layton.

The visitors were given a chance to have a look around exclusive areas of the business including the Hallmarking floor, AnchorCert Gem Lab, SafeGuard Jewellery Valuations and also the private silver collection.

Faye Grove demonstrates how a hallmark mark is applied to a precious metal item.

CMJ Members congregate in the Assay Office reception before the tour begins.

We also had Mark Howell, Sharon Fletcher and Alice Riley from CMJ here attending one of the final Understanding Watches courses to take place at our current home.

The CMJ visit to the Birmingham Jewellery Quarter also included a tour of Cooksongold, and Weston Beamor.
