Assay Office Birmingham staff recently visited local jewellery businesses around Birmingham Jewellery Quarter to promote its Melting Pot service (a great way to collect your scrap precious metal) and at the same time inform local people about the Assay Office's Big Move later on in the year!
Steve Franklin, Sales and Marketing Co-ordinator and Joshua Jones, Office Assistant, met with a variety of different customers and local residents. The general feedback from everyone was extremely positive which was much appreciated and very encouraging.
Pictured is Ian Owen (L) from Hallmark Jewellery and Steve Franklin (R). At the entrance to his shop is a giant AnchorCert Diamond Showcard, which comes in handy when explaining the 4 C's of Cut, Carat, Colour, and Clarity to considering when choosing a diamond. Of course an AnchorCert Diamond Report to go with your jewellery is also a must!! www.anchorcert.co.uk
It was definitely a perfect photo opportunity for Assay Office Birmingham and AnchorCert Gem Lab....
Picture here is Steve Franklin with Ruth Harvey from Summer and Silver.
After all the talking and walking, on the way back to the Assay Office Steve and Joshua met up with a couple of people who were promoting their range of apples to the locals in the Quarter!
Joshua is pictured here with the promotional team members (I wonder who was the lucky one that had to be dressed up as a tree!).
Don't forget to have a look around our new transactional website, where you can now register and pay for a hallmark, buy a punchmark, book training courses and pay for silver collection visits!
