Assay Office Birmingham were pleased to welcome so many visitors on its final general public Silver Visit of 2014.
The talk and guided silver collection tour was given by
Craig O'Donnell, Curator and Valuer at Assay Office Birmingham. Guests were given a talk about the heritage and history of the Assay Office and it how it was originally founded by Matthew Boutlon.
They were then taken up through the historic Grade 2 Listed section of the building to view the Silver Collection.

The final general public Silver Visits take place on
Monday 23rd February 2015 and
Monday 23rd March 2015. Bookings cost a total of £15.00 pounds per person and availability is limited to a maximum number of 30 people.
