Hallmarking parcels received via the Customer Services Counter

Standard Service Parcels Items received via Customer Services before 10.00am on Friday 19th December will be processed and ready for customer collection by Wednesday 24th December up until 12:00 noon. Next Day Service Parcels received via Customer Services before 9:30am on Tuesday 23rd December will be processed and ready for customer collection by Wednesday 24th December up until 12:00 noon. Same Day Service Parcels received via Customer Services before 9.00am on Wednesday 24th December will be processed and ready for customer collection by Wednesday 24th December up until 12.00 noon â This service is subject to availability

Hallmarking parcels received via the Post or Securicor

Standard Service Parcels Parcels received via post by Thursday 18th December will be despatched on Tuesday 23rd December for delivery to you on Wednesday 24th December â This service is subject to availability. Next Day Service Parcels received via post by Monday 22nd December will be despatched on Tuesday 23rd December for delivery to you Wednesday 24th December. Same Day Service Parcels received via post by Tuesday 23rd December will be despatched Tuesday 23rd December for delivery to you Wednesday 24th December.

The Analytical Laboratory will be open until 12.00 noon on Wednesday 24th December. It will then close over the Christmas period and re-open at 8:30am on Friday 2nd January 2015. To receive test results before Christmas â Wednesday 24th December, Samples must be submitted to the Analytical Laboratory by Tuesday 16th December. The ONLY exceptions to this are:

Melt & Assaying of Scrap (Gold & Silver) Material submitted by 12 noon on Friday 19th December will be reported by Tuesday 23rd December.

AnchorCert Gem Lab will be open until 12:00 noon on Wednesday 24th December. It will then close over the Christmas period and re-open at 9:00am on Friday 2nd January 2015.
