You may have items of jewellery which you would like to be hallmarked and perhaps laser engraved as an extra special gift.  If so, send us your hallmarking today so that you are ready for the Christmas rush

In order to do this, please follow these three simple steps: 1.     Sponsor’s Mark - You will need to register a unique Sponsor's Mark with us. To do this, please follow the link below to download the Registration of Sponsor's Mark form. Please complete the form and return it to us. We will use this form to order your Sponsor Mark punch(es).

2.     Registration - You will need to complete a Registration Form. To do this, please follow the link below to download the Registration Form. Please complete the form and return it to us.

3.     Sample Assay Note - You can download and complete electronically an Assay Note, which you must send in with your items - detailing where items should be marked and any special instructions.

4.     A 24 hour Special Delivery Service is available at an additional cost. Please follow the link below for further details.

5.     Payment - Our registration fee is £60.00 plus VAT. Your registration will last for a 10 year period. A charge of £70.00 for each Sponsor’s Mark punch is also made for up to two initials. Please forward your cheque with the forms for the relevant amount, made payable to Assay Office Birmingham.
