Wilson says "There has been a lot of talk and effort made at top level and a few individuals trying to change things. . The objective of the seminar is to provoke thought and prompt action and try to encourage everyone in the supply chain to consider taking some ownership of this problem and not think that it belongs to someone else to resolve.

We have invited a panel who are experiencing the issues themselves on daily basis, to encourage the audience to engage with the problem and consider the long term consequences of over grading."
