Assay Office Birmingham has compiled the latest UK Hallmarking figures for the month of July 2015.
Please find the figures listed below:
July 2015 saw a reduction in the overall hallmarking numbers compared to the same month last year with the total number of pieces hallmarked across all four UK Assay Offices down 10.5%.
All categories of metal, with the exception of Platinum, were affected with Gold articles hallmarked down 9.6%, Silver down 12.1% and Palladium down 10.5% whilst Platinum remained flat against last year.
